E Street House Vision

Our focus is on developing sustainable independent living skills, nurturing mental wellness, and fostering a balanced lifestyle. We support people in getting the psychiatric treatment they need from all points of care. Through personalized guidance and a home-like atmosphere, we equip residents with essential life skills and self-nurturing practices, from time management to yoga, to help with emotion regulation, to meal planning and cooking.  We serve adults facing complex mental health challenges, creating a safe environment for growth while upholding a commitment to a substance and judgment-free environment.

What support does E Street House provide?

Every resident actively participates in meal planning, house meetings, and weekly chores keeping E House running smoothly and building a sense of community.

Our E Street House managers are here to provide emotional and practical support, assisting in the coordination of appointments and activities to ensure the smooth functioning of daily life.

We actively collaborate with residents to develop crucial life skills such as time management, personal organization, project completion, cooking, budgeting, and self-care practices like maintaining hygiene, yoga, and meditation.

Structure and Routine

A Stable and Safe Environment

By combining housing with support services, individuals and families can stabilize their lives more effectively. This stability and safety reduces the likelihood of returning to maladaptive patterns or falling back into dangerous or unstable living situations.

Every resident at E Street House is an important part of our caring community. We team up with family members, loved ones, and a group of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychotherapists, doctors, sponsors, registered dietitians, trainers, and conservators/payees.

This collaborative effort is all about crafting a personalized care plan for each resident.

Collaborative Care

Encouraging Growth & Independence

At E Street House, our main goal is to encourage sustainable independent living skills, support mental wellness, and cultivate a balanced lifestyle. Our dedicated staff members offer feedback and guidance to help residents maximize their opportunities for success.

Fostering Community

To foster a sense of community and mutual support, residents gather for house meetings led by our professional staff two days a week. These meetings not only offer therapeutic benefits but also provide opportunities for socialization and the cultivation of a supportive community atmosphere.

Holistic Wellness

Our holistic approach creates daily opportunities for exercise, socialization, cultural activities, and recreational outings amidst the natural beauty of Marin County and the greater Bay Area. Additionally, residents actively engage in weekend outings.
